Also what wideband sensor would you guys reccomend? Would it replace the current o2 sensor? What do your guys setups look like?

0.3mm is too close. If using an aftermarket CPS, buy a metal OEM one. Then try messing with resistors, but that shouldn't really be necessary.

Yeah—I bought a BMW factory sensor, and it improved things, but did not fix them completely. I’m gonna have to put on my big boy pants and open up the MS.

Just for the record, megasquirt can operate GM logic coils with zero interface box. I got mine wired and setup in like two hours.

I'm going to stick to MS because its what I got (and got at dealer pricing!) and I know it's a trusted ECU. I am extremely excited that there are new ECU's hitting the market with new features, as I'm always looking ahead and keep an open mind to changing things up in the build.

I'm using an Innovate LC2 with no issues

Pipe from Throttle Body to stock air box (eliminate AFM) –suggestions here also…

Went with a suggestion from another forum member and bought a straight pipe here https://www.siliconeintakes.com/aluminum-pipes/, welded the GM bung on. Or you can get their silicone port coupler thing and a straight pipe https://www.siliconeintakes.com/hols...er/-p-500.html
