Obscure ETMs - E36 M40

I´m looking for the obscure sometimes only in Europe ETMs that cannot be found in the regular ETM sources.
The one I´m mainly looking for right now is the E36 M40 single coil ETM , usually called 316i

Anybody have this or know where I could find it?

I´ve searched the forum and multiple sources without any luck.
