AC Schnitzer m20 ECU

Hello.
I have an opportunity of buying AC Schnitzer Siemens ECU for e30 with m20 engine.
Can somebody tell me what will I gain after switching it instead of my stock one?
My engine is 2,8 m20 with schrick 284/272 cam, superpsrint exhaust manifold.
