Dan, thank you for your thurough review! One of the thins about your top end is that the smoother more consistent power band can and does play tricks with your mind. If you can get on a dyno and do a baseline, see where your fuel is at if it off at all. Every car we just bolt this kit on locally, puts down about 165 to 170 ( up from 140 to 145 ) with the "off the shelf" software. If they choose a custom tune they usually pick up another 5 - 8 hp.

If you hop on a dyno soon let me know and I will help you with the tune free if need be.

in this case would it be wise for this customer to get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator is the stock 3.0 bar fpr sufficient?

The stock regulator is fine. I have a feeling he might be running rich up top, not lean... Too rich will rob power.

However a FPR is a maintenance item, so if you were going to buy a replacement an adjustable FPR would be good to have. It just gives that much more control.

I use an adjustable FPR, we do a basic tune with the war chip, dial in some more with the FPR and then fine tune with the WAR

They are waiting patiently to be called upon for active duty. The 24v guys are starting to clue in :)
I'm really looking forward to seeing more 24 valvers using the war chip. It looks promising!

this kit looks like an awesome upgrade! I will definitely be looking into this in the near future! After reading through the install guide, it looks like the rubber boot is only for use with the L shaped icv, and those with the T shaped icv would have to then source an L shaped icv. Am I correct or is there a way to modify the T shaped icv to work with the PSIK?

Correct, you would need an "L" shaped ICV

Are you running long tube headers as well Brody?

We don't have the exhaust listed, we are only set up to build them in house at this time. We are planning on jigging to sell them as a package though.

The WAR machine is using stock manifolds at this time. The various budget headers out there don't seem like they offer any advantage at this point. But we will be testing this more soon to see if and how well they actually work.

Cool, thanks Brody. I Imagine I probably will need your help with that. Been pretty busy lately but I'm gonna try to get to a dyno ASAP. I'm also gonna order a new TPS.

Can anyone confirm this? I'd like to order a new one tonight and I'd hate to have to swap it out once i install the m30 throttle body.

I always thought they were different in the direction the operate, however, I'm the business side of things, not the mechanic/engineer. Just cross reference the p/n on real oem.

They are different part numbers. I guess I'll just try to find a good one from the junkyard until I can get the m30 TB installed. Every one I have come across so far though (5+) has been filled with oil and you pretty much have to break the cover to get if off the throttle body..

Any idea when you guys will have your m30 adapter ready and how much it might cost?

I'm curious about this too. I just got ebay headers and was wondering how they would work with this product w/ and w/o additional tuning
