Will SaFc work for a basic tune?

Hey guys in a couple months ill be running a .57 turbo on a stock m20.
just going to run a 6psi wastegate spring and 24 lb injectors.

i was curious if Safc will work for a basic tune?
i have no problem buying a MS but my buddy has a safc laying around so i wanted to see if it would work. ive used it a few times on my turbod sentras without any issue.

    please leave feedback!

Yes, it will work. But not very good.
The safc only modifys the afm signal to the ecu to get more fuel out of the ecu. But under certain circumstances, the motronic ignores the afm signal, like at WOT, which in a turbo car is quite important to have the correct A/F ratio.

I say if its not going to cost you a dime, try it. Just make sure you have a wideband, and are paying very close attention to it.
And you will also need a variable TPS.
Good luck, let us know how it turns out.

you should be more concerned about ignition timing.
