^^I'm lazy and the dyno is on the other side of town. I am waiting to install the kit on the dyno, though. I'll call the dyno now and see if i can get in.

B25 engines are rated @167 crank ponies, so how is it possible that a stock engine throw 165 to the wheels?

No cats - balanced, blueprinted and hand assembled. We build the most powerful SpecE30 engines in the business. We average between 160 to 165hp. The differences lie in the supporting accesories, coil, plug wires, fuel pump, AFM etc.

To clear things up they are .5mm overbore so not so stock, but SpecE30 legal

I need input on how to improve my graphs please.. One more thing i have a slight exhaust leak from the crappy headers at the head. I know i know it was fine till yesterday but i already had the appointment on dyno done.. Could this be a huge factor?

Get rid of the headers and go with the stock manifolds, it's what we use. FWIW it's a single cam motor so you're really limited. Balancing is the best money spent at the machine shop. We hand file and fit the rings too... What are your compression and leakdown numbers?

EDIT: Why are you running bigger injectors? Is it overbored? Have a big cam? It's important to use matched components...

Less than a year ago my compression numbers where
180-180-180-180-178-187. Bigger injectors, welll.... Cough cough..

I have the car for almost 3 years now and me
Personally havent opened the engine at all. But have receipts that prove a full head assembly with all neww components done on november 2008.

Basicaly what your saying is go back to stock manifolds and 14lbs injectors?
If so what size exhaust tube? I have now a single 2.25 and going back to twins is out of question for me now because that involves double
Money spending. I bought the car with the single pipe already done to it.

if its a war chip just lower the fuel values, no need to go back to stock injectors.

Just keepin' it oldskool around here.

OP, you can probably buy a Y-pipe and weld that to the stock downpipes and build that into your current single pipe setup. The real problem with leaky manifolds is that the aluminum head will erode and then the gaskets will never seal and your head will be junk.
