WTF is up with Miller these days?

Anyone know what's going on with Brody and Miller these days? Way, way back in November I spoke to him on the phone and he was super helpful and nice, promised to send me a tune for the m106 turbo on an m30b35. But 3 months and nearly a dozen unanswered emails later, I've never received anything. Same goes for phone calls, I haven't been able to get a human being to answer the phone since November. Have they closed or something?

He still pops into threads on r3v facebook to "promote" intakes and WAR chips, so he's not dead.

I finally heard back from him yesterday. Of course he promised to have the tune to me by the end of the day, which didn't happen...

I like how active they are when trying to sell their shit, then when I send an email regarding why my chip is not allowing the tuner to upload new data they don't respond, the tuner is also a dealer of them and didn't respond to him either. Most likely will change over to RK tunes, US local at least. They still haven't gotten back to me.

Who are you, who is the dealer, and when did you email me? Don't have any unanswered emails in our inboxes

Is this Darin? File was sent, the biggest problem is that we had to find the ONE OFF file from 2009 for an application we never thought we would need to deal with again. Took Dan some time (a lot since Miller isn't his sole focus at the moment) to find the file on the various laptops we have had to use over the years. Sorry it took too long.

Yes Brody, it's me. Thanks for getting the file to me  I didn't mean to talk down on you or Miller, I was just wondering what was going on.

Yeah ok, I had Critter from Ar design email you also. Nick at macautosports tried contacting after I was there all day at the dyno and the chip was not communicating with his software which he had previously tuned his personal car. I work at Ar design and got everything from the shop.

The last email I have from Critter was 2012 so not sure what to tell you there LOL. I saw your email and actually just skimmed over it again. Your email didn't make much sense and by the time we had read it vs when you sent it, we hadn't heard from you again so we assumed you figured out whatever it was you were asking.

If you still haven't figured it out, I am unclear of what exactly you need at this point. Do you simply need the 4 position switch to change your tunes? That is easily available on our website to purchase if you need another one.

Please understand that sometimes we read things wrong and brush emails to the side. You would not believe the time wasting emails like, "I want to buy the WAR Chip, how can I buy it?" Obviously your email wasn't *that* ridiculous, but whoever looked at it would probably have been confused by the question, "how do I upload the dials?" followed by "Do you have any tune switch for the ecu?"

If all you need is the Tune command module here it is: https://www.millerperformancecars.co...m-cable-detail

I see, I had talked to Nick after he called you and left you a few voicemails and never got back to him. I want to be able to go to a tuner and Be able to tune the car and tune it on both e85 and 91. What can it be done about the chip? I can buy the tuner swith no problem, the problem is if I want to keep your stuff now since emails are skimmed thru and not a response back to ask any further questions?

Wouldn't communicate with his software. It will read it and show the maps but won't upload what ever new data, as in adding fuel to a new map or what ever its done to get it to save on the chip.

Well if it reads the chip, it can't not write to it. Obviously you've been able to write to the chip somehow otherwise you wouldn't be reading tunes off it. I don't know how to help you, especially since he tunes lots of WAR Chips without issues. Need more info.

Have you tried reading and writing to it on your own?
