Just inspect your hardware and decide if you want new hardware. If it looks rusty I would go with all new.

I bought new everything (straps, bolts nuts, gaskets, flange, etc...), because I did this once before on my previous e30 and it was a pain to re-use old bolts and nuts. It cost about $100 for all new parts including rubber hangers and everything to attach it to the car.
You will def need the two gaskets for behind the cat. The flange that comes off behind the cat is a pain to get the pieces of old gasket out of too. Just a heads up.
