i wonder why it looks so crappy, tips are too small and far apart maybe?

I think it has to do with the angle between the muffler and the tip. If the angle were decreased, it would be more centered on the cut out of the rear valence.

Yes, thats the one. This is why I put the cost+shipping in the title. (so it would be very clear which one I am talking about)

As of now it is quite pointless for me to post sound clips. You wouldn't hear anything. If at any point it changes, I will post the clips.

Anyways, with all the questions about eBay exhausts, I thought it would be appropriate someone made a semi-detailed post about one of them with pictures. Hope this helps some of you in your decision making process.

was thinking about it, and i think one of the reasons the exhaust looks odd is because the tips arent cut at 45 degrees like the original ones. i think this would help.

I think the spacing of the 2 tips is part of the oddness, too. Most dual tip exhausts are way closer together.

It's really hard to tell from the pictures. It looks very similar....but I couldn't be sure.

I recently got the ansa exhaust from azautohaus for about the same shipped price. Not nearly as shiny, but it looks like it'll work. I'll post pics when I finally install it.

It looks to be the same exhaust. Perhaps your tips were not welded in correctly and that seller is selling factory blems for dirt cheap. I paid over $400 for mine from carr industries a few years back. They do get louder after the first year.

I don't think you'd hear anything, but I guess if enough people want me to put one up, I will. I think I'll wait maybe a week to let it break in a bit. see if it changes at all.

I am going to pick this same exhaust up over the weekend so I will also post picture when I get it mounted.
