Just finished a fully welded set, and sent it out for plating today..
    I changed up my look

I'm running duel 3" glasspack style bodies, 21" long with a fully louverd 2" core
    packed with tempered/pressed fiberglass packing..
As for the tips, I have 2 buillet tips cnc'ed here, in a euro style slash cut look
they'll extend out about 2.5 inches from the valance edge.
These are fully repackable, and I carry the fiberglass (bun) inhouse.
I will post pic's of the finish muffler most likely on Monday when i get them back
    from the platers..

    see ya than...

Post up some pictures once you get it done and a video clip, looking good. Might also be interested in purchasing one depending on the sound and cost.

I know what I want, and it seems we might be barking up the same tree, sorta.

I want a pair of straight cut Borla tips coming out of the center of my car. I have no need for a spare tire, so the well will be cut out.

I want either something that has no packing (RevTech, NOT Flowmaster) or, ideally, a pair of repackable tubular style, like the ones you showed above.

Can you sell this stuff? Are you willing to fab stuff up and ship it? The louvering on that core you showed is excellent, and will make exactly the sound I want.

Get some more work done, I wanna see your skillz!

    Luke

These will be chromed then brushed to give that satin/chrome look.

It was a boring day at work today, and I kinda threw them together..
    as mock-ups ...

I'm still looking for a good design.. just kinda playing..
