    Decent M42 muffler?

Okay, so it's for my M10, but I figure the stock piping for both are close in size. I want to replace my cheese dick tin can stock muffler on my 318 and the M42 cars get the fancy and clean oval mufflers. Anyone running a magnaflow or something on stock exhaust to give me an idea what I should be looking for? More noisy is ok but this isn't a race car or anything. I couldn't be bothered to do a full exhaust because there is no point on the M10.

    Shameless pic of ugliness:

What sizing should I be looking for? 2 1/4''?
