    Anyone know this Muffler?

    This is the muffler that was on the car when I got it, and I always assumed it was stock. But now that I've seen a few other stock mufflers I'm starting to doubt it. Is this stock, or just really old after-market?

    It's about 7" in diameter, and about 2' long.

        Maybe an E28 535 muffler?

          I had a 'Monroe Special' under the parts car that looked kinda like that- it was a
          'one size fits none' arrangement with tiny tubing and brackets welded onto the body
          wherever they thought it might be fun to weld 'em....
