    Better exhaust setup??

Currently i have longtube headers into the resonator(Cat Delete) Then from the resonator is 3 inch piping into a Thrush welded chamber muffler.

People are saying im loosing power using 3in?? so should i go down to 2 1/2 in piping??

3" is overkill as a single 2-1/4" pipe is sufficient. But I doubt you'd see any difference in downsizing the tubing.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Backpressure doesn't make torque, and certainly not power.

I apologize the article I didn't write doesn't contain every little facet of information that exists regarding exhaust. He asked about downsizing his exhaust, this article has some info pertaining to his question therefore I thought it was relevant...

If it were me I would have done single 2.5" exhaust. Since yours is already done (and looks nice!) I'd just stick with it.
