If you run that IE stg 2 header on a 1.8 liter M10, it will be gutless and you will hate it. You need something like 1 3/8" primaries and that header goes from 1.5 to 1.625", really too big for a street engine, especially a 1.8.

If I were you, I would wait for the next GB on bavauto style headers, which seem to be copies of Stahl's design, which are expensive as fack and going out of production if not already.

Yes and No…. 1.5” primaries are perfect on street hot-rodded 2Liter M10’s where-as the 1 3/8” are anemic on anything other than a bone stock 2.0 or mildly upgraded 1.8L.

His build sounds much more like the latter. And for a daily driven car, you definitely want the 3-5k rpm torque of the smaller primaries. I don't see the point in seeking gains at 7000 rpm that, realistically, you will rarely experience on the street.

I have experience with a 320i with 1 3/8" stahls. I've never found that car anemic. A VW ABA 2.0 is anemic. Just sharing my own experiences.

Edit: I just relized your location. It would obviously be a lot easier to just order parts from real vendors like IE who can handle international shipping.
