    Thoughts on this exhaust set up

    Currently looking at various exhaust options to have put together just before the swap is dropped in. I'm interested in something pretty free flow with a good amount of sound volume.

    This is an idea of what I'm looking for and in my opinion one of the most unique and best sounding set up's I've come across.



    On the list so far is:

    Vibrant 1040 Muffler (5in x 9in x 15in)

    All hooked up to some long tube headers at the front end.

    Would 2.5in piping be good or should I go with 3in?

    Any thoughts are welcome.

                  Mine will be similar, 2.8 10:1, Eta Crank, 885 Head, 272 Cam, HD Rockers, MM Valve Springs, 19lb Injectors, Ssssuid tuning, Long tube headers, and this exhaust.

                  Should make some nice N/A power and be a sweet daily driver.
