Resonator or no resonator with Stromung

So im looking to get a Stromung exhaust for my 2.7 conversion and im just wondering from people with a stromung whether it needs a resonator to eliminate drone or if it does a good job on its own?

Bump. I'm thinking of adding a resonator to my Stromung cat-back. Not because it drones, but because I want it a little more quiet. Has anyone added a resonator to their Stromung exhaust system, m42 or m20?

Are you referring to the Borla ProXS Muffler or the Vibrant Ultra Quiet Resonator? Or are you using both?

I run the stock cats and a stromung on my m3 and there is no drone. It has gotten louder over the last couple years though.

Mine is drone central especially at 1850 rpms. Older stromung but fun to set off car alarms.

i would get a good resonator unless you like drone
