Looking to confirm if a b25 down pipe and cat will bolt up to a stock eta manifold. Any input on whether the manifolds themselves are very different internally.

My next question is...the b25 cat I got has one of the tail pipes cut and the heat shields are bad. Does anyone know what aftermarket cat would be a fairly easy weld up replacement.
