    Ebay header help

So i bought a set of dpt headers after breaking studs on the original manifolds and needed something quick and cheap. I don't want to hear how much of a mistake I made.

My question is, i got the headers in and mounted. They don't hit or rub anything.... except on each other where the collectors are. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?

Well, whether or not you want to hear it. Thinking that these headers would fit without work is a mistake.

    As for your ghetto solution.
    1) Use heat and bend them into place
    2) Use hammer and beat them into place

^^^Yup BTDT. Try getting them both loosely on the studs with the nuts started and let the threads draw them in. The x-pipe still won't fit properly and the way the couplers are, they will leak. We have just been buying the IE headers and stopped messing with the extra labor to make the cheap ones fit.
