    M20 Exhaust Manifold Studs

I've read some mixed info on the manifold to downpipe studs as to weather they are pressed in or threaded in. On realoem they look to be threaded, but I'd like to confirm.

    Thanks

    They are indeed threaded.

Threaded. I ordered a pack of 100 studs from a local hardware store.
BMW charges 5-6€ for only one! I paid 20€ for a pack of 100 lol.

They are like a $1.30 usd each. Hardware store might have them but make sure they have correct coating

Thanks for all the replies. Snapped one when removing the exhaust. Looks like I'll weld a nut on to it and remove it.
