    Turbo M42 done! Almost..

    Project is about 90% done, still having issues with the Megasquirt. Made good power on the dyno, but is having problems running on the street with MS. I have the AFM and stock ECU on it now until I figure out what to do.

          good job on the turboo. any vids? not diggin' some of the exterior parts though, but if you're happy then

                    Pulled the motor.
                    Sealed it up.
                    Stock everything, just new.
                    Good and tight manifold.
                    T3/T4 turbo, int. wg set at 9psi, HKS bov
                    2.5" exhaust system (cat still on)
                    m20 clutch and lightened flywheel (12lbs)
                    Dynotech MS PNP, still trying to get it to work.
                    4.10 lsd
                    fmic, 2.5 piping
                    Made 185whp on 8psi with a bunch of timing pulled to be safe because we a misfire for some reason. Should make about 240 with the correct tune.
                    Keeping it at 5psi until we get if working right.

                      Well, most people are not a fan of those side grillzzzzzz. Those should only be found on e46 M3s. But whatever floats your boat. And like the guy said before, its a little bit of c/c. I dig your car, except for the grills, and those wheels. But if you like it, then rock it my brotha!

                        I like the front , side and rear valence's , what are they anyway , almost look like racing dynamics , oh and nice looking turbo setup too.

                          Get that bitch to a dyno and have them tune it with the MS.

                          At 9psi you're really testing the stock system, I wouldn't run it that high.

                              Danny, I'm only running about 5psi with the stock set up and 30lbs injectors. It ran good on the dyno, then had no power going home and misfiring like mad. Todd thinks the drivers for the coils might be shot, cause it was running lots of dwell.
