        Sweet numbers. You should have NO problem sliding, as long as you start commiting to the throttle more :)

            Yoshi...

            Take your time, do a good job at cutting the manifold parts, and use your MIG to tack them together. Then have a friend who can weld better finish it off.

                Whats the problem with mig? Good&Tight from BF.c makes his manifolds with a wire feed welder.

                    Lol. I'm worried about welding in air bubbles and having it crack from the heat and expansion.

                    I'm thinking maybe I should get a SPA manifold and do the adapter again, or just straight up make my own. I don't want to fuck up anymore though. I just want something that won't break on me.

                      if you're worried about air bubbles just slow the feed and adjust the amperage so you can weld at a slower pace and make it alot neater

                        ^ Easy to say, but most house-hold welders have preset power levels, like A,B,C, and D.

                        I usually use D as thats the only level that actually penetrates. Air bubbles are usually caused by contaminants like air.

                          Are you using a flux core wire? Try using gas. Also material prep will make a huge difference if you using flux especially. There are lots of welding tips just search around.

                              Oh ok, my wire feed has a high and low switch and then a dial with 1-5 written on it (or 1-10 I cant remember :() for selecting power level, and I got it for free :nice:

                                75% argon 25% Co2. I'm still figuring out welding settings. I either blow through or the wire pushes back against the material. Seems to be no middle ground. It's very annoying.

                                Not much. Only motor mod is the 0.0140" mls. Rest is just 15psi on a cracked mani.
