lol yea. that whole bit you see in the pic are ground wires. I need to get them cleaned up more but I was waiting for the whole system to be finalized first. I can finally start cleaning things up. I'm excited :)

Also how is your WG plumbed? Pics of the exhaust manifold?
There should be no reason why you cant spool it 2K sooner, and be at full boost by 4.5K at the latest. Leaks and creaps, it takes forever to spool, and once at 15, it cant even hold it, and boost flutters just north of 10psi until redline.
Your AFRs seems a bit lean, but dyno units arent that accurate. Looks stable, keep it at 12 and add more timing after peak torque. Stop the HP from dropping (partly because boost takes a dive)
I hope you understand Im not hating, just that we are in the same boat (M50nv), and I watch your stuff closely.

I want to see 400whp at 16psi. The lil M20 made ~400bhp at 17. Double the valves, lets see some good stuff happen.
Trust me, I know theres tons of places where I can get that much more hp out of it. But honestly, I'm stopping for right now :) I know I leak in several spots (at the head too). I haven't boost leak checked my intake, etc etc.

EBC? I'm just running an allegedly 1 bar spring from ebay and a manual boost controller to get it there. WG is probably at a 75* angle off of my adapter then plumbs back into the DB at an exact right angle.

I agree. I dunno about 2k sooner but def sooner. I need to get all the leaks out of the pre turbo side. Honestly, I'm tired of fucking with it right now. I just want to drive the car. I would appreciate help getting it there though. Wanna pm or aim and we can be NV buddies?

The tuner used the LC1 on my megasquirt to tune. I don't think either of us trusts the dyno AFR gauge much.

Bone stock everything minus ARPs and the 0.0140" MLS. Altho, I do have 2 motors now. I guess I could do dual intakes. Whats the benefit over other combos?

I would love to see 400whp near 16psi. I know I have tons to work on. I'm simply elated to have 350whp. honestly its scary as shit to drive. I think fixing all the little stuff to get up there will be my winter project. I'm hoping to get a good mani this winter too. Maybe split pulse.
Not just boost leaks would cause crappy spool up, unless you have like a fat hole somewhere.
I think your WG is popping open pretty early, causing the slow response.
*Try this...data log a run with the current setup, then remove the boostcontroller, and run straight spring, see if you get any better response or change.
You should look into a EBC, Megashits can control boost progressively too I think. Go find yourself a solenoid and try it out.
You can spool 2k sooner, and Ill bet my car on it. Like I said you should be at full boost no later then 4.5K.....its a 12cm^3 housing right?
(for reference my stock M20 turbo got 15psi by 3800rpm)
As you approch Peak Tq (max efficiency) your motor should should spool almost anything....most of my graphs almost go vertical by 3800, M20s are right at 4K Peak Tq.
I haven't checked yet but there is a change the manifold cracked again. That would cause an uber leak.
The 8psi run you see on the graph IS with the mani leak. It would make sense that it cracked again in the same spot and is bleeding off exhaust the way it was before. Checking the manifold is a pain since its cracking spot is in the worst point to physically look at. Feeling around doesn't give you much of anything.
Also the first two dyno graphs you see are without the MBC. So that probably isn't the issue. I should go EBC. Any suggestions on a solenoid?
I THINK my housing is 12cm. could be 14 though. I'll look at the stamp next time I have the turbo off.
