524 turbo diesel header and turbo 300 bucks cheap?

I went to a local yard and found a good condition 524t header, turbo, wastegate and all the parts that ill need. He wants 300 bucks for all. Is this a good deal?

Does headwork, cam, full exhaust, chip, intake, boredout intake sound stock to you? And im not claiming that my m20 produces 200hp, its that i raced cars that had around 200hp that ive been thats why ive got that bench mark there.

How excatly do you see this to be custom???? its a stock 524td header and turbo witch are stock parts on Bimmers.
