link for a good m20 turbo build

looking for something to read. nothing crazy but someone getting 300hp out of a turbo m20 that didn't spend more then a couple grand. simple is what i'm looking for. using a turbo chip.

300hp using chips and a fpr is pretty extreme and unreliable.
It'll be like 100psi fuel pressure and you'll need 30lb injectors.

go to e30tech and read the turbo section for old budget projects.
    Here's a good budget build.

there are quite a bit more turbo builds over on e30tech.

you can find a lot of good info under general turbo tech

edit: what he said ^^ lol
I wouldnt say its "extreme & unreliable" though, you can probably get pretty close to 300chp running 10-12psi on a fairly good setup BUT its probably not gonna be under 2 grand. yes its not the most efficient setup, you'll have to go MS to get the most out of boost but it works for people with low resources weather its tunning etc...

Headgasket / head bolts should not be a concern based on how much boost you are running but more of a concern based on power and tq. Your rubber valve stems hold more than 30 psi

You do realize the pressure inside a NA combustion chamber is way higher then 30 psi right?
