E30 S38 Turbo 700hp extreme showboating. Norway 2011.

Last year (2010) i made a short clip of a friend of mine's E30 M3 S38 Turbo 900hp drifting around a track here in Norway (Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RrwiyKMxHT0 )

I was not pleased with the material, nor the quality of the clip, so this year, during the same event we did another try, with more raw-material, some sound weaking and alot more driving.

So then we made a 2011- edition :) :

Car is a preface E30 with M3 body conversion, K-sport suspension, heavy duty rear subframe, 7 series custom propchaft, custom mounted 6 speed ZF gearbox(oppose to the grindy, hard shifted Tremec of last year) and the Borg Warner S475 powered S38 engine pulled down from 22psi last year to 15 psi. Easier to manouver! (eh..)

Yes, WG in open air letting up.

The car has been ripping up several events this summer. On this track the tires didn't last more than 1,5 laps :D

That M5 dosent exist anymore. He pulled the engine, mounted another turbo, put it in a E36 chassis and made the worlds fastest bmw.

It's a Civic.
Lot of japcrap on these big events, but BMW and Audi rip them apart every time. (I'm not been fanatic, it's the truth..) The Audi scene is also preeety damn inzane with lots of tube frame chassis, 1000whp and inzane 4x4 drifting.

We even drift alot on ice with cars in Norway, on frozen lakes. We mount them with studded tires made for WRC cars, with 360 6-8mm spikes i each tire:
