What is the general concensus with the recirculation of the wastegate? Is it more preferable to just fab a tube that expells paralllel to the downpipe into the open atmosphere, or to recirculate it back into the downpipe. Any pics would be great. And just as an FYI I have the bluntech/good & tight topmount manifold with downpipe.

They are not that loud. But its pretty buch equivalent to having a huge exhaust leak. Gets old reall quick unless your running a 18psi spring.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

Ifyou have a nice exhaust, open wastegate can be bearable, and for me it is prefered. Atmospheric wastegate dump means business.

Yeah I'm gonna go with a dump pipe back into the exhaust. Screamer pipes are too loud. So what's the preferred location to circ the pipe
back in? I have the good&tight downpipe/turbo elbow. Obviously going to have to make another 90 degree bend after the elbow to start the exhaust. I'm thinking that piping in the dump pipe into where the new pipe runs parallel and having the dump pipe be cut at an angle so the joint is a v shape1989 E30 Zinnoberrot Vert 325i OBD1 S52 turbo;IP
