I'd run the m21 manifold and turbo. Its designed for a 2.4 liter motor that revs to what your planning on. I hit 14psi of boost at 2k rpm in the upper gears and it holds till redline so 8-10psi with a 2.5L motor should be a walk in the park. Plus i have it on good authority monkey has 1 or 2 or 5.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

RevShift makes a good tubo mani. Check them out I got one from there good quality stuff.
