no its not a turbo chip, i wish, im going to install stock chip tomorrow, i have 1200 coming 1 month from now, i will then be getting standalone,external wastegate and a wideband.

I can't believe people are going so easy on you when you post "ridiculas" things like above. How do you know you're at stoich? You say you have a gauge hooked to the stock O2 sensor? You are obviously lying... The sensor just provides a voltage, since you have no controller your gauge has no idea how to interpret that signal.
Also, what makes you think that stoich is the right AFR? This thread is hilarious. If I were you, I would stick with Motronic and get a rrfpr... there is no way you will be able to get even a decent tune.

and yea next month i'm buying a complete parts car that has a very good turbo set up for $400, will have all the shit need for the tuning, and i will take fucking video of this gauge giving me readings of when i'm lean,stoich or rich, its not super accurate but its giving me something, and i also have a egt gauge, so that helps...
