How much room is there between the strut bar and the downpipe? Your setup is the first 24v turbo with that style strut bar that I've seen. Since the bar goes to the side of the strut rather than the top I always assumed that it would be pretty difficult to squeeze a decent sized downpipe into that space.

42s are good. High-z also good. And no worries, I'm working on the m50 ms. Its on top priority. I'm almost done, as I've also been busy helping out at my dad's shop before he closes for the 2nd half of December. 88-pin ECU is a bitch to fit everything into though, I gotta tell you.

Plenty, the bar bends back towards the firewall and crosses over the motor right behind the oil cap and as you can see from this pictures the downpipe drops down way before that

But i love the fitment of this bar with 24v, it looks like it was made for it.

Start doing some body work. Finally got around to workin on the valance sanding down the surface rust.

No one likes valance rust, just an eyesore and ruins the otherwise clean lines of the ass of an e30

Now some more welding and grinding, then some bondo, then paint.

They look fine to me. I'd double check that they are the right style plug though. (They should be)

                            Live once.

You know your doing something right with your life when you wanna keep doing it until you cant keep your eyes open and you are so exhuasted you fall asleep right away when you get in bed and have a smile on your face.

People weren't lying about prep being tough. Physically it isnt terrible but you end up obsessing over getting it perfect because you know you only have one chance to get it right. I barely got the hood done after working for several hours. And thats just the intial sand to get the paint chips smoothed down lol.

Yeah man I missed out on alot of what sounded like great east coast meetups this past year due to my car constantly being not driveable/unpresentable. I really wanna spread out and hang out more with the community and I cant wait to bring the car out to meets and shows this summer. Especially becuase me and my buddy are thinking about bringing some really innovative new 24v swap products to market it help people out.
