EBay has the flange that connects the head to the manifold. Not sure where you could get the triangular flanges that connect the down pipe to the manifolds.

Oh BTW Jordan I love your writeup on e30tech you've led the path for all of us beginners planning to turbo our m20s

Yeah the triagular pieces is what I'm talking about. I had old stock downpipes with the flanges.. I probably should have kept them. :(

And yes... Jordan, I have read your writeup in full multiple times. Nice work

oooh nice. last time i posted I was considering this everyone just hated on me saying i shouldnt plan on my turbo lasting if i wanted to save money. OBX is pretty reputable so its nice to see discussion on this. Id love to hear how it works if u give this a try. I was thinking about it...other manifolds are just so expensive and a most dont fit right

ill keep an eye on this thread

BTW has anyone worried about the design and it holding the weight of a turbo?

I am probably not going to be using OBX, and if I do, I won't have updates for a while. Im not really in any hurry to turbo my car. What I'm probably going to do is have a friend fab an adapter since I already have all of the flanges. It's only cost $25 so far for the flanges... this manifold probably won't cost a penny over $100 when it's all said and done.

Obx is decent unless it has bends and welds. They havnt got to that chapter in their elementary fabrication books. I have a set of header I will give you just to prove my point.

                  Bump.

To the people who have this on their car: how much clearance do you have as far as the oil filter housing goes?

. Its very tight. I don't think its the best place for my oil filter.

I had to make one of the runner slightly longer and twist it to make it work but still not a bad piece for the price. It only cost me $30 to get my exhaust guy to fix it
