    Spark plugs getting fouled

    M20 turbo
    Ngk plugs
    Chip
    30 lb injectors
    Rrfpr
    Adjusted AFM wheel

    It seems like my plugs are getting fouled very fast. When I first start it in the morning the afrs are around 10.2-10.5. It gradually increases to 14.7 at idle.

    Could I be running one step too hot/cold in my plugs? I have ngk bpr8es plugs currently. What effect do the plugs have on cold idle afrs?

    Any help would be great....also, do you guys clean your plugs or just buy new ones?

    I just buy new plugs, but I only have 4 cylinders, and my copper plugs run like...a buck each.
    Are your plugs wet at all when you pull them? Saturated in oil or fuel?

        NGK's are shorter than their Bosch counterparts. This is a factor especially with a thick headgasket. I went from NGK 8 to 7 (warmer) and finally stock Bosch WR8LC+. Seems to have cured the problem.

          Its a turbo chip. Not sure of the brand.

            I'd look in to 6s unless your running over 9 pounds of boost. You can order some from an eclipse turbo for like $2 each.
