    E-30 m50 turbo build help

im building my e30 at the moment but im stuck with some questions and need answers pls help thannx.

What kind of injectors and radiator?
    What kind of tuning/software?
How much HP can a stock e36 325 clutch handle?
How much HP can a stock 98 m3 tranny handle?
What kind of deferential? with the best ratio

Also this is a non vanos 325 m50 motor.

im only planning on running about 300-320hp to the wheels
right now i currently have a brand new stock (325) clutch.
and ill be using a 98 m3 tranny
and what would be a good flywheel to use? im new in the game with Bmw cars =)
and recommending sites for cheap parts? for all this stuff?

There are a few build threads on here that should answer your questions. You can also go over to e30tech.com/forum, as they have a lot more turbo info there.

And as far as site's go, it all depends on what you need.

      This thread should help.

Stock clutch usually slips after 300 aka don't use it.
50lb injectors, TRM tune. Walbro 255 pump.
The ZF will hold the boost.

Here is a neat calculator for you.

What kind of injectors and radiator?

50lb/hr high imp. siemens injectors are fine up to 300-350 HP
          stock radiator is fine!
you will also need a good fuel pump (walbro 255)*
          FPR*

          What kind of tuning/software?

          TRM / Apexi SAFC

How much HP can a stock e36 325 clutch handle?

sence it's a brand new as you said it can handle up to 300 whp but not for a long period of time..

How much HP can a stock 98 m3 tranny handle?

It will easily handles the amount of HP that you're thinking of .. ;)

What kind of deferential? with the best ratio
          3.73 LSD

          Regards :)

I don't think trm tune for the NV m50. You'll have to go with a standalone ecu like megasquirt. Whether or not you can buy pnp ms boxes for m50 I'm not sure. But that would probably your only option when it comes for tuning.
As for the diff ratio a lower diff ratio like 3.25 or 3.46 LSD is what I'd go for. From factory m50's don't run even come with 3.73 diff ratios. With a 3.73 1st and 2nd gears will be too short to even get much boost from the turbo. 3.46 imo would be a good all rounder good for take off and cruising.

Cruising with 3.46 will be high with 5th gear being 1:1. Im running 2.93 and Im at 2900 at 65mph.

TRM does not have tunes for NV motors, at least they didnt the last time I checked. I went with megasquirt. I didnt know much going in, prepare for a lot of research and head scratching. Not trying to scare you but it is a lot of work. diyautotune.com and msextra.com are two great sites for info and purchasing. You will need to find a way to go from the stock 88 pin connector to the megasquirt db37 connector. I do have an adapter made by ryan nimick, goathumper on bf.c, that I am willing to sell if your interested.
