from what ive been looking into. yip stock internals are fine.

now this is my 2c's worth. but from what ive been looking into for my build all you will need internal wise is arp rod and head stud kits. or metric blues seem to be popular. i personally think a stud kit is a stronger option. other then that a MLS head gasket over the oem ones, people i have been talking to also say that its cheeper and just as reliable as o-ringing the block, and your good to go. assuming of course your fuel and metering systems are all capable.
i always calculate my injectors to max at 80% duty cycle for the power figure i want to run. it keeps them out of there high wear zone and lowers the risk of an extra hard pull leaning you out. 80% is also usually the number where most injectors clam to be working the most effective. im also in the middle of calculating chips to run map sensors with boosted motors on m20 motronic dme's i hope i can have them sorted before long.... TOOOO MENY NUMBERS ARGH lol

It depends on your tuning quality ;)

Thanks, out of curiosity why you shouldn't use victor head gaskets?

They are garbage, known to be garbage, and proven to be garbage.
Oscar the grouch wouldn't even use one and he lives in a garbage can.

My 30lb injectors are maxed out at 10psi. Going to need more fuel to get more boost. I tried 12psi but at high RPM it would lean out. Methanol injection is a great way to get a bit or a lot more out of your current tuning setup.

Miller goes off of load and RPM for fuel, with the meth system you can run the car leaner in first gear, without the risk of leaning out under boost in other gears due to meth kicking in via a boost signal instead of load/rpm. This also reduces the chances of running lean you can get with part throttle full boost situations that you get with a manual boost controller.

you dont need to change wastegate springs if you have MBC. I have a 7psi spring but use a controller to run my desired boost.
