Charge pipes could be tight but you may have a torn coupler that is leaking under pressure.

That happened to me. I put a T shirt in the intake manifold.
Completely forgot about it and ran like crap, wouldn't rev out at all.

So the war chip can use the stock flow meter?
Did they say it's ok to use it blow through?

if you have a spare ipod touch or use an iphone and want to avoid the installation of the actual physical gauge you can get the AEM X-Wifi.
About the same price as the normal UGEO but outputs to wireless web interface so you can use anything that can surf the web to be your gauge. This would allow for 100% hidden gauge also with no trace.

PLX system is also very popular with those looking to stealth mount gauges. Some people like the aem x-wifi for ease of install, I just want to be able to remove it whenever I'm parked or not messing with the car and just driving it (most of the time)

even at 1 psi and a pooey base tune you will feel boost. If your guage is showing vac, there is no reason it cant show boost. sounds like you physically cant make boost; not that your making boost and are just immune to the feeling...

ex. my car with a blown coupler will idle fine, the BOV will work, but I cant get above 0 on my gauge, hence why I think you have a boost leak.

If the turbo is spooling and the BOV is releasing pressure when i let off the throttle could the turbo still be blown. im running an i head on an e block could that be an issue?
bov's can vent in vaccum anywhere near -10 to 0
