The person who I was going to have the kit built on their car backed out. I'm not going to remove my turbo to mount a supercharger. On the hunt for a new potential customer

I guess I better start saving up now? I have dreamt of a s/c car since I got into cars. There is nothing wrong with turbos, but I just luv s/c cars.

m90 because I have one sitting in the garage off a thunderbird thats been waiting to go on something.

And I have an m20 with no balls and I'd like it to grow some.

And I like my ac so I don't sweat mine off.

    :)

I think if you could find good m62 or m90 cores~ have them rebuilt/certified for your kit, and provide the proper brackets to hold the thing on you would be good to go at selling 5-10 kits easily. Pulley quotes are high though~ around $200 bucks. There is enough room infront of the stock acc pullies to add a 6 rib to drive the sc.

You could go the tcd route and use a fmu and chip to handle timing~ a supercharger is a bit more linear than a turbo so the stock computer shouldn't freak as much if you can handle leaving the afm in there.

    custom 6-rib pulley
custom piping flanges for m90/m62 connection
custom brackets to hold it on
    custom intercooler/piping
    chip w/rrfpr & 24lb injectors OR megasquirts

    Boom! Done.
LOL....Boom done! I love it.... talking like a real pro!!

Progress? I'd be very interested, as the only available kits seem to be in europe. It'd be easier and probably cheaper to source an m54..

Can I get a kit for my S50? Would love an Eaton on my S50. I can get Eaton superchargers brand new for dirt cheap, my friend is an aerospace engineer at Eaton. :)

+1 for keep AC and delete PS if necessary

What internal motor mods are required to run SC?
What is the estimated power gain and hard cost [no labor]?

I could possibly help with machining a few brackets. I run a Mitsubishi 3015lvplus at work.

It's been 100F+ here for a few days, I love my AC.

Back on topic (sort of?), it'd be cool to have MS units with flexfuel capability for this. I know I'd love to tune mine on corn and have cheap race gas.
