Think the seal went. Lots of smoke, just wondering if this task is worth it or get a new one. I dont have budget for pricey replacement. Seals are cheap and so is my time. Thoughts? I have a "gsp" turbo.
If you can find a company that sells replacement parts (seals, journal bearings, etc.) I would always rebuild it rather than replacing. It is an ebay turbo though...
