    Cost of downpipe fab.

Was recently quoted ~$500 from a fairly reputable exhaust shop to fabricate a custom downpipe from my turbo, to exhaust...

    crushbends, aluminized steel.

this seems like a mad rippoff to me.

what have your solutions been, and or costs associate to for your dp on your m20b25 boost setup?

what size pipe you running? 4"?

I'd watch ebay, you can get boxes of take-off mandrel bends from diesel exhaust manufacturers cheap. I got a whole box of them for $35. I used a couple, and traded the rest to my exhaust guy as partial payment.

      THAT'S AN INSANE RIPOFF!!!

I had one done for an m42 setup and it was $60, i provided the flanges needed. Was aluminized mandrel bent.

I wouldnt spend more than $100 at an muffler and brake shop.

Ive made a few nice pie cut downpipes full stainless for $450. includes flanges.

I have a few recommendations of places near me, where are you located?
