Turbo/Spark gurus: Spark plug judging needed.

    Car details:
    E30 M20b25 (2.5L)
    Turbo: HX35 W/16CM housing
    38MM Tial Waste-gate
    Turbosmart BOV
    Tuning on MS.
    Plugs: NGK BPR7ES <.6MM gap

Finished my turbo E30 project today and got to drive her a little bit. The car runs a little rich at cold idle(10-10.8) until she warms up- which I will lean this out a little. Once fully warm the car idles around 13-14 which isn't bad but isn't great either. Drove her down the street did a few pulls at 7PSI until I'm comfortable and to see the AFRs which were 10.5-11.5 under full boost. I didn't take the car to red line only took it to 5K or so. Red line is 7K. Got home tonight and let the car cool down and checked the spark plugs and looked like this:

If I read correctly according to my spark plug its running too rich and or bad fuel. Now the car was sitting for about 2 weeks on 1/4 tank of gas. Could this be the culprit?

2 weeks sitting isn't long at all. Your idle is very rich. I've also heard people say to tune with the old spark plugs so you don't foul up the new ones....

If you already know the car is running too rich...

I'm pretty sure thats from worn valve guides. How old is your head?

They look fouled already. You need fresh plugs to tune properly, replace them and lean out your afr's.
