So Brandon, I had an M30 Turbo as you know, but it was a TCD Stage 1, non-intercooled, boosted to 6 psi. ONLY 6! Made 275rwhp to the wheels. Your-car-will-be-CRAZY-FAST.
I used the www.turbochargingdynamics.com kit and some of the parts are below:
Get a LC1 wideband.
my 2 cents - try to get the manifold I showed above. it will set your turbo low and rearward to help with weight distribution.
Just a few other notes:
With the incredibly light E30 you have combined with the turbo, you'll start spooling up with some SERIOUS torque as early as 1500rpm and it will pull all the way through. bolt that seat down good, bra.
If you're going to intercool, do liquid. It's compact, relatively simple, and documented.
Blow off valve right back into the intake, not atmosphere. It's more efficient, and doesn't sound like a ricer civic.

Thanks for the input Frank, I think you forgot...but RLD Fab and I started a line of twin scroll manifolds for the m20 and m30. I will be using one of those ;)
I believe I am going with this liquid intercooler:
Thoughts: should I boost with ARP, stock gasket and stock clutch(low boost 6psi). Just to get it all going and save a bit of coin for the right stuff.
And I am pretty sure I am going to do that as the clutch is almost new and the head was just redone. Could I just remove one head bolt at a time and put an ARP back in/trq to spec? I am not seeing an issue with it since the remaining will retain proper seal of the head. The clutch setup will run over 600.00 and the gasket is over 200. I would be really happy with over 250whp and get used to the power in stages. Then buy the better bits by the end of the year and be done for next summer while it is in storeage.
Look for a clutch shop around you. I had a place rebuild my pressure plate with stronger springs, build me a sprung 6 puck clutch disk, and resurface my flywheel for something like $280.
I told him I wanted a clutch that could handle 450 rwhp, in case I ever turbo it.

That is a good idea, there is a transmission shop 20min from me. I will see if they can build something.
I honestly would like to use a single mass and have my Uncle turn it down for me on the lathe then balance it. Then use the stg2 or 3
I bought the ARP studs, one less thing to get now! If I forgo the clutch and MLS I can afford doing this year and run low boost. I am just sick of having an empty bank account :( It is nice to see a 2 followed by more than two zeros in my account xD

I havent seen that many zeros in my account since buying this old hunk of german engineering..
Oh, you dont have a single mass already?!?
I lucked out and found a 633 in a salvage yard. It cost me almost nothing. They go for big money on the forums, but it is worth it man. It really wakes up these old tractor motors. Easily as rev happy as my m42 was, if not more
It might be a hassle, but I could get you the info for my clutch shop and you might be able to mail the PP/FW/Clutch to them and do the works on it
I think regarding you head stud question, Kamotors did that very thing. updated his head studs and just did each one one at a time.....I think, I can't remember if it was his thread that I read that.

Yeah he did and multiple people have as well especially on m/s5x's so it should be fine.

Do the clutch now, no point in waiting.
I will see how the sale of my 2002 goes, I have a lift so it is no issue waiting. The clutch is almost new so it will hold low boost. I would rather spend the money on Tial WGs instead.
