Awesome, love the home made factor on this build. What's the copper coil coming out of the firewall for? Also it looks like you have four plugs into the down-pipe. I see narrow band O2, wideband O2, EGT but not sure what the fourth one is. Looks like a nice curve above 4000 RPM I be that baby hits hard!

Thanks! The coppercoil where to measure backpressure in the exhaust. The fourth plug in the downpipe where also to measure backpressure, but the coppercoil braked and i needed a shorter one becouse of that. It's quite a push from a 1.6l :)

That's a cool set up, and great power for 1.6. I'm sure you surprise a lot of people with it.

Very cool. I have considered an EVO turbo on my M42. Glad to see someone put it to use.

            Tusen Takk for sharing :)

I think the EVO-Turbo will be to little for an M42 engine.

A friend had a evo 8 turbo on his m42, made 240whp on regular gas. Small 2.5" dp may have restricted more power. Or the turbo, i dont know :) Car ran great!

I see. But if you look closer you can see that past 4500 the torque line is falling dou to little evo turbo. Becouse It's only efficient on 1.8 bar, when it is pushed on 2.2-2.4bar It goes into surge and dropping. But still, you will have the hp becouse that countinues to rise. The dynopaper are when i used the fabric evo actuator and that was only made for 1.2 bar. It was tightened to over 2 bar and the spring were sloppy. The new actuator is a 2.5 spring and is mutch more agressive on the bottom than the old one :P
