Innovate lc2 throwing codes w/ new sensor

I killed my innovate lc2 a week ago running super rich, so I popped for a new sensor (for a vw) and its still throwing codes. Im pretty sure I did kill the last sensor since I drove for a couple days at a constant 10:1, but why would the new sensor not work when calibrated? I am getting error 4, pump cell open

Btw posted here due to the mess that is currently the alternative tuning section

I had that happen to me and it was the actual controller. I just replaced it with the Innovate MTXL and haven't had an issues since.

Where were you able to buy the controller alone?

I have the mtxl and it's throwing an e2 code. I replaced the o2 sensor and the problem still persist. Wondering if it's the gauge that got fried.
