Won't rev. Just stalls unless light pressure

Hey guys. I just got my m20turbo running with a borgwarner s366. Everything is hooked up and running great. Replaced the rings and rod bearings a while back but finally bolted everything in. The car starts up and holds idle right around 700rpms. It's all good unless I give it some gas. When I try to give it normal gas it revs up to 2000rpms but then almost sticks and I start losing rpms until it stalls. Now when I lightly apply the gas it revs right up to 4000rpms but I don't feel like pushing it for a new motor practically. Now here's some info about my build.
    -borgwarner s366 turbo
-custom manifold made by my mechanic with open wastegate dump
    -oil filter relocation kit
    -custom fmic piping
    -stock injectors
    -stock O2 sensor
    -stock afm settings
-custom 3" down pipe with 2.5" exhaust
That's all the parts I can think of that would cause an issue. If anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it

Also, How are you planning on not using a wideband, and using stock injectors?

Wow didn't see stock injectors either haha. Should still rev fine but once you get into boost its going to fuel cut like a boss.
