Your turbo, tune, and tires are what's going to get you in the 11's, so sure I guess it's enough.

I would go with 60lb injectors just to be safe. I fear you'd be maxing out 42s if your goal is to dip into the 11s. The only thing I see missing is a good clutch.

I think you need more boost, and if you are keeping this car only for track there are many things to be considered unlike the normal mods for a street car ..

            I'm interested .. good luck,

                I think a 2700 lbs E30 with 400whp will go 11's on a semi slick and a driver mod.

I'm gonna say the goal is plenty achieved, but only with the right tires because that power is just gonna completely spin away on stock tires. However if you pair 400 WHP ish with drag tires aim for low 11s, this old 500 BHP Z06 managed a 10.8 on drag radials:

I ran 18psi on 42# injectors. They are ok as long as you don't plan on running e85. They lean out around 16psi on go go juice.

                        Maybe. It's tough to get a good short time with IRS. Watched a 2100lb turbo e30 with 357whp go 12.3 with a 2.0 60' on 10" slicks.

People tend to over-inject e10 fuel. Car I mentioned above is using 33lb injectors, 80% duty, 357whp.

you're going to want to drop in some different axles as well.
