Piston rings for m20 2.8 turbo

What is everyone running on there builds? I'm running stock pistons and rods, should I just go oem, or do total seal live up to their own hype and worth the price?

Total Seal also make conventional rings, don't need to use their gapless. I haven't had any issues using conventional rings with increased gap.
