                  honestly.
                  just do the research, its everywhere on e30tech.
                  I'm sick of threads being made asking us about doing this swap, boosting this engine, that engine. Even filling up the local forums is getting you a bad name in the area.
                  Serious, just find the right threads, print the shit off/bookmark it.
                  I did it myself, only posting when I could not figure something out myself.
