    Car runs perfectly at 40-43psi runs indefinitely turns out the aftermarket pump is 45-47 that’s a problem there! Getting tires for the car this week and the fuel figured out and taking her around the block for the first time in 22 years!

        I know this is an old thread, but for people searching about this issue, with the vacuum line removed from the pressure regulator, the pressure should rise, and with the return line pinched, a healthy fuel pump should produce 70 psi or more.
