E21 Turbo M10 into an E30?

I think its the other way around, my cars an 82 320is and it has the injectors in the head

Is it possible someone changed the engine for an older one for larger displacement?

were the motor mount locations the same? If they were different what did you have to do?

im in the middle of a e21 to e30 swap right now.

im reusing everything off the old e30 motor i can. if it looks diffrerent im changing it.

if you have both motors you should be fine is my guess. one just gets scrapped.

but seriously, why would you tear a sweet e21 apart? id rather have that e21.
