Heater core hose alternative. M20 64218367790

I was sent the wrong hose as many of you have been as well. I decided to dig deep and try to find a similar hose locally. What I found was a A70746. Dayco and continental make them. You need to trim the small end of the hose to fit. The main thing is turning the 90 bend so the smaller side of the hose faces the front of the engine. Any other configuration will kink the hose. I hope this saves you all some money as the hose is about $9.00. I'll try to post pictures but I've never posted before.

You need the hose 64211380527
It's the hose that goes from the pipe on the back of the engine to the heater.
You insert the additional thermostat by cutting the hose into two pieces.

Also, the additional thermostat can be eliminated completely if you don't plan to overheat the engine.
