    M20B25 injectors in M20B20?

I recently replaced the injectors in my 325i cabrio and would like to get the old injectors rebuilt to use in my 320i touring. Per RealOEM, the 325i part number cross references to 316i and 318i, but not 320i. On the other hand, the 320i part number cross references to 325e, but not 325i. Does anyone know if I can use injectors from an M20B25 in an M20B20? Both engines are stock.

    Thanks, Cory

Hi, if everything is stock, I’d say no as you’ll be over fuelling.
the 320i also runs at different pressure 2.5 bar instead of 3.0 bar for the 325i.

For more info go to: https://www.gomog.com/allmorgan/InjectorRatesBosch.html
Look for b25 P/N and b20 P/N to see rate and pressure.

Thank you both for the responses. According to the chart from Arden, the 320i injector is rated at 12.75 lbs/hr @ 43.5 psi, while the 325i injector is rated at 14.5 lbs/hr @ 43.5 psi. Looks like I'll be getting the 320i injectors rebuilt and putting the 325i injectors on the shelf for future use.
