No chassis ground continuity at wiper relay

I have been testing my wiper system and get no continuity between pin 31 wiper relay and chassis ground. In addition to having no power to my wipers I also have no power to my lights or rear windows. I suspect that the issue is with a ground but I can’t figure out which one, could anyone point me towards which ground would help or any other advice?

depends on your car and year. you can look the ground locations up in the ETM. http://www.wedophones.com/BMWManualsLead.htm
